- Preparation
- Choose the right products: Choose DIY lashes with good quality and soft material and glue with moderate viscosity. Avoid using inferior products to avoid allergies or affecting the service life.
- Clean the eyes: Before pasting DIY lashes, make sure the eyes are clean and free of grease and makeup residue. You can use eye makeup remover and facial cleansing products to clean the eyes.
- Pasting process
- Apply glue correctly: Apply an appropriate amount of glue evenly to the roots of DIY lashes, and be careful not to apply too much or too little. Too much glue may overflow, affecting the appearance and service life; too little glue may cause the false eyelashes to be unstable.
- Wait for the right time: After applying the glue, wait for a while to let the glue dry slightly and paste it when it is translucent. This ensures the best viscosity of the glue.
- Accurate pasting position: gently paste the DIY lashes above the root of your own eyelashes, as close as possible to the real eyelashes, but do not touch the eyelids. Make sure that the DIY lashes fit tightly with your own eyelashes without gaps.
III. Daily care
- Avoid water: avoid contact with water in the eyes within a few hours after pasting the DIY lashes to avoid affecting the stickiness of the glue. After that, try to avoid letting water directly hit the eyes when washing your face or taking a bath.
- Do not rub your eyes: avoid rubbing your eyes hard to prevent the DIY lashes from falling off or deforming. If your eyes are uncomfortable, you can gently close your eyes and press gently around the eyes with your fingers to relieve the discomfort.
- Avoid using oily products: Oily makeup removers, skin care products or cosmetics may dissolve the glue and cause the DIY lashes to fall off. When using these products, be careful to avoid the eyes.
- Correct makeup removal: When removing makeup, use a mild eye makeup remover and gently wipe the DIY lashes and the area around the eyes. Do not pull the DIY lashes hard to avoid damaging the DIY lashes and your own eyelashes.
- Storage method
- Cleaning and storage: After each use of DIY lashes, gently remove it from the eye, clean it with makeup remover or water, and remove the residual glue and makeup. Then put the DIY lashes on a dry paper towel to dry.
- Proper storage: Put the dried DIY lashes in a special storage box to avoid squeezing and deformation. You can put some desiccant in the storage box to keep the false eyelashes dry.
