- Preparation
- Choose the right DIY lashes product: Choose natural or dense DIY lashes according to your eye shape and needs, and make sure that the glue is of reliable quality, moderately sticky and non-allergenic.
- Prepare tools: In addition to DIY lashes and glue, you also need to prepare tweezers, scissors and other tools. Tweezers should have sharp heads and no slipping, which is convenient for picking up DIY lashes.
- Operation process
- Clean the eyes: Make sure the eyes are clean, free of grease and makeup residue, so as not to affect the sticking effect of DIY lashes. You can use eye makeup remover or mild cleansing products for cleaning.
- Measure the length of DIY lashes: Place the DIY lashes above your eyes and compare the length. If it is too long, you can trim it with scissors. Be careful to cut it into a natural shape to avoid being too abrupt.
- Apply glue: Apply an appropriate amount of glue evenly to the roots of the false eyelashes. Be careful not to apply too much glue to prevent the glue from overflowing and staining the eyes. Wait for the glue to dry slightly and become translucent for the best pasting effect.
- Paste DIY lashes: Use tweezers to pick up the DIY lashes, start pasting from the middle of the eyes, and then adjust the position to both ends to ensure that the false eyelashes fit tightly with the roots of your real eyelashes. Be careful when pasting to avoid glue entering the eyes.
III. Follow-up care
- Avoid rubbing your eyes: After applying DIY lashes, avoid rubbing your eyes hard to prevent the DIY lashes from falling off or damaging your eyes.
- Makeup removal method: When removing makeup, use a mild eye makeup remover and gently wipe the eyes to avoid pulling the false eyelashes hard. You can first pour the makeup remover on a cotton pad and apply it on your eyes for a few seconds to soften the glue before gently wiping.
